The wrestling room is located in the rear of the facility near the football and baseball field.  Enter through the double doors next to the Holy Cross Gymnasium. There is plenty of parking available.

Practice schedule:

Practices are held three days a week

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

From 6 - 8 pm.

Proper attire is required and consists of the following:

1.  Clean t-shirt or sweat shirt

2.  Clean shorts or sweat pants

3.  Wrestling shoes & headgear

(Wrestling shoes are to be worn ONLY inside the wrestling room, nowhere else!)

Every wrestler is expected to be on time and conduct him/herself in a proper manner throughout the entire practice.  Poor behavior and disrespect towards the coaches will not be tolerated.
